It’s World Password Day, — celebrate with a new password!
5 May 2016 is World Password Day 2016! So change your password(s) to a more secure one today and often – well, that’s the advice I get, and I suppose you too. Nowadays, with the popularity of online deals (banking, purchase, etc), secure passwords are increasingly important. And multi-factor authentications are becoming a norm too, e.g. fingerprint, the little no. pad thing you get from bank, the SMS OTP (one time password) you get via your mobile, and the latest – your selfie is used as OTP! That may well be needed and useful as you can see from the “Joke” (or I’d say rather real experience for some!) below: But jokes apart, go to here for some good advice on better passwords.
