Guess this is a frequent question for any travel planning. It depends on many factors (other than personal) such as weather, what to see (flowering seasons, e.g.), peak/popular periods when one would have to be ‘fighting’ with the crowds and of course need to pay a price premium. I’ve done some research based on weather and flowering seasons only and summarised it into the chart below for popular places. Emphasis has been placed on months with least rain, comfortable temp, etc. It may be useful quick reference then to go searching all the weather sites for many places. Next time, when Fanfares come up, you don’t need to go elsewhere to find out if it’s a good time to travel there, but unfortunately, chances are that the timing does not match the best times below- by the very nature of discounted fares! Of course, each individual has many other considerations – their leave period, children holidays, ……………
