Aliwangwang is the Instant Chat platform supporting Taobao, you definitely need it to get to know what you’re buying. This is the blue bubble face thing you see next to the orange “Communicate with me” button for every taobao item. Once installed, click the orange button to chat with the seller and ask whatever you want related to the item. However, in most cases, you need to type Chinese which is easy too (see this for my recommended method).
